This means that all of your times are booked and you must do what you have to do when you have to do it because if you do not do a particular thing when you are supposed to do it, it will affect the next thing. When you set your alarm and it starts to beep, the sound will be a quick reminder if you forget. Or, the sound will be an urge for you to rise up and get to work.

5. Write Down Your Achievements As You Go.

When you set a goal and start to work on it, don’t wait for when you’ve finally achieved it before you document it. Write something you were able to do about it every day. It doesn’t matter how little what you did is, even if you just looked at it, write it down.
